1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vyrlo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use Vyrlo. By signing up, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. How Vyrlo Works

Vyrlo is a performance-based UGC marketplace. Brands post campaigns, creators make content and post it on Instagram, and earn money based on views. Payouts are credited to your Vyrlo wallet and can be transferred to your bank account via UPI or used to purchase brand vouchers.

4. Instagram Connection & Data Access

Vyrlo integrates with Instagram via the official Meta Platform API. By connecting your Instagram account:

• You authorize Vyrlo to access your public profile information, media, and content insights
• Your Instagram account must be a public Business or Creator account
• We use your data solely to display your profile, track campaign performance, and calculate payouts
• We do not post, edit, or delete any content on your behalf
• You can revoke access at any time from your Vyrlo dashboard or Instagram Settings
• Your use of Instagram is also subject to Instagram's Terms of Use

5. Creator Responsibilities

• All content must be original and created by you
• Content must follow the campaign brief provided by the brand
• You must not use bots, fake views, or any form of artificial engagement
• Content must comply with Instagram's community guidelines
• You are responsible for any tax obligations on your earnings

6. Payments & Wallet

Earnings are tracked based on verified Instagram views. Payouts are credited to your Vyrlo wallet. You can transfer funds to your bank via UPI or redeem brand vouchers. Vyrlo reserves the right to withhold payments in case of suspected fraud or policy violations.

7. The Drop (Prize Rounds)

"The Drop" is Vyrlo's recurring prize round for emerging creators. Entry is free and governed by these additional terms. By entering, you agree to the following:

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of India, have a verified Vyrlo account, and have Instagram connected to Vyrlo via Meta's official Business Login. You must have under 10,000 followers at the time of entry on your connected Instagram account.
• Reel requirements: The submitted Reel must be (a) posted to your own connected Instagram account between May 15, 2026 and August 1, 2026 (the "Window"), (b) original content you created or co-created, (c) compliant with Instagram's Community Guidelines and all applicable laws.
• One-time entry: Each creator may submit one (1) Reel per Drop round. Once submitted, entries cannot be withdrawn, swapped, or replaced. Submitting a second URL will be rejected.
• Scoring: Entries are ranked by a composite score combining views, reach, likes, comments, shares, and saves as reported by Meta's Graph API. Vyrlo's scoring formula may be adjusted at our discretion to penalize anomalous activity (bots, view-pumping, engagement-pod activity).
• Winner selection: The Reel with the highest composite score at the close of the Window wins. In case of a tie, the Reel posted earlier wins. Winners are announced on August 2, 2026.
• Prize: The first round prize is one (1) pair of Boat Airdopes 311 earphones (approximate retail value: ₹2,000). The prize is delivered to a shipping address in India provided by the winner within 14 days of being notified. Vyrlo is not liable for shipping delays caused by courier services.
• No cash equivalent: The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash equivalent. Vyrlo reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the original is unavailable.
• Verification & disqualification: Vyrlo may verify the authenticity of entries using Meta's API. Entries found to involve purchased views, fake engagement, content that violates Instagram's terms, or any form of fraud will be disqualified without notice. Repeat offenders may have their Vyrlo accounts suspended.
• Publicity: By entering, you grant Vyrlo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your Reel, Instagram handle, name, and profile photo on the leaderboard and in promotional material related to The Drop (including social media posts, ads, and the Vyrlo website). You retain all ownership rights to your content.
• Taxes: Winners are responsible for any taxes or duties associated with receiving the prize.
• Modification & cancellation: Vyrlo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel The Drop at any time, with or without notice, if circumstances beyond our control require it (including but not limited to: changes in Instagram's API, force majeure events, or evidence of widespread fraud).
• Disputes: All disputes related to The Drop are governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Vyrlo's decisions on eligibility, scoring, and winner selection are final and binding.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vyrlo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Vyrlo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
