1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vyrlo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use Vyrlo. By signing up, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. How Vyrlo Works

Vyrlo is a performance-based UGC marketplace. Brands post campaigns, creators make content and post it on Instagram, and earn money based on views. Payouts are credited to your Vyrlo wallet and can be transferred to your bank account via UPI or used to purchase brand vouchers.

4. Creator Responsibilities

• All content must be original and created by you
• Content must follow the campaign brief provided by the brand
• You must not use bots, fake views, or any form of artificial engagement
• Content must comply with Instagram's community guidelines
• You are responsible for any tax obligations on your earnings

5. Payments & Wallet

Earnings are tracked based on verified Instagram views. Payouts are credited to your Vyrlo wallet. You can transfer funds to your bank via UPI or redeem brand vouchers. Vyrlo reserves the right to withhold payments in case of suspected fraud or policy violations.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vyrlo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Vyrlo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
